18+ service

EazyFit is 18+ at launch. Do not create, share or manage an EazyFit account for a child. If you believe a child is using the service, report it immediately.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not post, send, request, facilitate or promote illegal content; child sexual abuse material or sexual exploitation; terrorism content; credible threats or incitement to violence; stalking or harassment; non-consensual intimate imagery or cyberflashing; fraud, scams or impersonation; unlawful sale of regulated goods; malicious software; doxxing; or content that unlawfully infringes privacy or intellectual-property rights.

Do not encourage self-harm or suicide, dangerous eating-disorder behaviour, misuse of drugs, or reckless training/health behaviour where it creates a material risk of harm. Fitness discussion is allowed, but dangerous instructions may be restricted or removed.

Reviews and ratings

Only a client with a verified active EazyFit coaching relationship to that personal trainer may submit a PT review. A client who works with multiple PTs may review each genuine PT relationship separately, but cannot review an unrelated trainer. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. Fake, purchased, coordinated, duplicate, impersonated or otherwise misleading reviews are prohibited.

Reviews may be moderated before publication for authenticity, harassment/profanity, spam, irrelevant content, personal or sensitive information, duplicate content, the wrong PT, or another policy/legal breach. Genuine negative reviews are not rejected merely because they are negative. PTs may reply to a published review or report a specific policy concern, but they cannot edit the client's rating or review text.

Do not include phone numbers, email addresses, medical details or other sensitive personal information in public reviews or replies. EazyFit may shorten the reviewer's displayed name and records moderation decisions for safety and compliance.

Reporting

Group/community posts and PT reviews include report routes. Users can also report Illegal content / safety concerns through Help & Support. Include enough context for the team to locate and assess the content. Do not make knowingly false or abusive reports.

Moderation and enforcement

EazyFit and authorised organisation moderators may remove content, restrict features, preserve evidence or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or enforcement. Serious or apparently illegal content may be escalated to relevant authorities where required or appropriate.

A report does not guarantee a particular outcome. Decisions consider context, law, user safety, freedom of expression and available evidence.

Complaints

If you disagree with a moderation or safety decision, submit a Complaint through Help & Support and identify the relevant content/report. Complaints are reviewed by authorised platform staff and the outcome is recorded where appropriate.

Need help with a privacy, safety or legal issue? Use Contact EazyFit. Signed-in users can also use Help & Support so the request is tracked in the support inbox.
