What we use

Authentication/session technologies keep you signed in and protect authenticated requests. Local or session storage remembers functional choices such as active workspace, onboarding/tour state, navigation preferences, splash state and invitation checks.

Offline storage is used where supported so selected coaching data and pending edits can remain available and synchronise when connectivity returns. Alex may use a local visitor identifier to maintain rate limits/session continuity for unsigned visitors.

A small functional sidebar-state cookie can remember whether a supported sidebar is open. These technologies are used to provide or improve functionality requested by the user rather than for cross-site advertising.

Analytics and advertising

At the date of this notice, the EazyFit application code does not intentionally load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, PostHog, Segment or equivalent advertising/behavioural analytics trackers.

If we later add non-essential analytics, advertising or similar storage/access technologies that require consent, they must be kept off until the appropriate choice is obtained and this notice will be updated.

Your choices

Essential authentication and security storage cannot be disabled through an EazyFit consent switch because the signed-in service cannot function safely without it. You can clear website data using your browser/device controls, but doing so may sign you out, clear offline data and reset preferences.

The first-visit storage notice records locally that it has been acknowledged. It is not an advertising-consent record.

Third-party payment and connected services

When you choose to leave EazyFit for a Stripe-hosted checkout/onboarding page or connect another service such as Google Calendar, that provider may use its own necessary technologies under its privacy/cookie information.
