Subprocessors & International Transfers
This page identifies important third-party service categories used to operate EazyFit. The exact processing depends on which features a PT or client chooses to use.
EazyFit operator
Base44
Purpose: application hosting/infrastructure, database and authentication services, file storage, email/integration capabilities and managed platform functions used by EazyFit. Data involved can include account, application and customer content necessary to provide those services.
Stripe
Purpose: EazyFit platform subscriptions and, where a PT connects Stripe, trainer-owned client payments through Stripe Connect. Stripe receives payment/customer information needed for checkout, billing, fraud controls and payouts. EazyFit stores payment references/status rather than full card or bank credentials.
Google Calendar (optional)
Purpose: calendar integration when an authorised user chooses to connect Google Calendar. Only the scopes/data required by the configured calendar feature should be requested.
Managed AI services
Some EazyFit features use Base44-managed AI/integration capabilities for tasks such as programme generation, concierge assistance or food recognition. Inputs required for the requested feature may be processed by the managed service chain. Avoid placing unnecessary sensitive information into free-text AI prompts.
International transfers
A provider may process information in more than one country. Where a restricted transfer from the UK occurs, the relevant parties must use an applicable adequacy regulation or approved safeguard such as the UK IDTA/Addendum, together with any required transfer risk assessment and supplementary measures.
Changes
This list is updated when important service providers or processing purposes materially change. Where a change is material to customer data processing, EazyFit uses an account/service notice rather than relying on a silent page edit. PTs should review these notices and the list as part of their own controller/vendor governance.
